FQW series 20m³/h 40m pneumatic submersible pump dewatering pumps mining and industrial pumps

The FQW series pneumatic submersible pump is mainly composed of three parts: pump body, air motor and flow passage.


1. Pump body: divided into upper and lower chambers, with a sealing ring in the middle to separate air and water. The sealing ring is sealed with a spring, and the pressure of air and water is used to make high-pressure air and water enter the inner wall of the upper and lower sealing rings respectively, so that they expand inside and enhance the sealing effect.


2. Air motor part: composed of rotor, turbine, upper and lower cylinders, bearings, etc. Compressed air is used as the power to impact the turbine to drive the rotor to run at high speed.


3. Flow passage part: composed of water wheel, pump cover, suction port, pump seat, etc. The water wheel is installed on the rotor shaft in the lower chamber of the shell. Compressed air is sent in from the air inlet. The rotation of the rotor drives the water wheel. The water in the water wheel is pressed into the water outlet vortex of the shell under the action of centrifugal force and discharged along the outlet pipe.
